Every MEMORIA ARTE urn is made from three choices: the urn form, the decor and the personalisation. The price is the base price of the urn plus the separately stated price of each option you choose.
Step by step
- Form. Choose a large urn (5 l) in a wide or tall form, or a small urn (3 l). The dimensions of each form are shown on the product page.
- Decor. The urn can stay without decor, receive a decor from our catalogue, or a motif made to your own design.
- Personalisation. Engraving of a name and dates, additionally an inscription, or your own artwork or portrait.
- Summary. Before payment you see the price of each element, the shipping cost and the configuration code.
- Making. For your own motif or artwork we send you the design for approval. Work begins once you approve it and payment is received.
Configuration code
Each urn ordered receives a code that describes exactly how it is made. You and we see the same code: in the order summary, in the e-mail and on the invoice.
Code format: MA-[form]-[decor]-[personalisation], for example MA-U01-D004-G1.

Item number
In addition to the code, every urn receives an individual item number, for example MA-26-00042. You will find it in the order confirmation, on the invoice, on the certificate included with the urn and on its base. Please quote it whenever you contact us about your order.
When we dispatch
- Urn without decor or personalisation: handed to the courier within 24 hours.
- Urn with an engraved name, dates or inscription: within 72 hours.
- Urn with a decor or your own artwork: within 5 working days of design approval and payment.

Right of withdrawal
An urn without decor or personalisation can be returned within 14 days. An urn made to your specification (decor or personalisation) is excluded from the right of withdrawal, because it is made for one person. Your rights in case of a defect always apply. See our returns and withdrawal policy.
