How to withdraw
Send a statement of withdrawal to kontakt@memoriaarte.com or by post to: PHU Paweł Polak, ul. Kazimierza Pużaka 26, 38-400 Krosno, Poland. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline.
Return the urn within 14 days of your statement, packed as securely as on delivery. You bear the direct cost of returning it. We will refund the payment, including the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the urn or proof of its return.
You are liable for any diminished value of the urn resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
Complaints
We are liable for the conformity of the urn with the contract for 2 years from delivery. Send your complaint to kontakt@memoriaarte.com with the item number (e.g. MA-26-00042), a description of the issue and photos. We will reply within 14 days.
You may request repair or replacement and, where these are not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract. For a personalised urn, replacement means making a new urn in the same configuration.
Natural variations in the grain and shade of ancient black oak and amber are a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
If the parcel arrives damaged, please, where possible, have the courier record the damage and send us photos. Parcels are insured, so we will file the claim with the carrier.

Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may contact the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection in Rzeszów or a Polish consumer ombudsman. Consumers from other EU countries may contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
