Carriers and cost
Parcels are delivered by DPD or DHL. You see the shipping cost in the basket before placing your order.
How we pack
The urn is protected in several layers and packed in a reinforced carton. Before dispatch we photograph the urn and the packed parcel.
If the parcel arrives damaged
If possible, check the parcel in the presence of the courier. If it is damaged, ask the courier to record the damage and send us photos at kontakt@memoriaarte.com with the item number. We handle the claim with the carrier. A missing damage report does not affect your rights.
Payment
Payment is made in advance when you order. The available payment methods are shown in the last step of checkout; they are processed by imoje (ING Bank Śląski) and PayPal.
